Thanks for your email. I have merely had a change of mind on the purchase of the handbag. I don’t really need a new bag in truth but liked the styling on this Barbour handbag, typical woman I suppose (if I can say that these days!).

I must just say whilst writing, how impressed I was with your great customer service. I was the lady who called you to ask about your returns policy. You made me smile with your charm, warmth and not least, excellent customer service policy.
